DiSC® Workshops / Train-the-Trainer
Customized for your Organization
The Resource Connection specializes in collaborating with each client
to develop a customized Workshop that meets the individualized needs,
challenges and goals of your organization, Team or group. We
invest time, up front, to listen to your needs, desires and objectives
in order to create a better program.
DiSC…Understanding Behavioral Styles and Appreciating
Differences
The DiSC® model has been used by more than 40 million people to
help individuals understand themselves
and others in the workplace. DiSC
groups behavior into four dimensions: Dominance, influence, Steadiness
and Conscientiousness. We are always a combination of all four
dimensions however, most of us will spend more time using at least
two out of the four as our favorite or preferred way of responding. Our
behavioral preferences impact the way we communicate, manage and interact
with others on a team. What if you really understood your own
behavior and that of others you work with? How would this, could
this, improve your ability to effectively work with all types of individuals
in your organization? This is the focal point of this Workshop… improving
your ability to successfully understand and work with all four types
of behavioral preferences without judging them.
This Workshop can be customized to build better relationships in the
workplace, improve communication, build/enhance teamwork as well as,
develop Managers and Leaders. The choice is yours.
