Mackenzie comes to the Resource Connection from a long and distinguished line of “people professions.” Having training, counseling and education in her blood, Mackenzie is a tremendous asset to the Resource Connection family. Though she’s been a part of the team for a number of years working on special projects and events, Mackenzie is Certified in Everything DiSC and enjoys the challenge of creating customized training and facilitation that best suits the needs of each valued client.
Mackenzie has a wealth of experience in different fields ranging from non-profit organizations to sales and most recently the education system. As a talented Honors English instructor and the Chair of the Department at Celebration High School in Orlando, Florida, Mackenzie has her hands full when she’s not leading learning experiences for The Resource Connection.
Mackenzie believes in the power of understanding oneself in order to further understand one’s role in an organization and a system. She is a powerful communicator and a gifted instructor and our clients have come to rely on Mackenzie’s knowledge and expertise of the DiSC model.
Though Mackenzie is a rare fourth generation native Floridian, she completed her degree in South Carolina while playing competitive Division II softball. Always looking to learn, Mackenzie has also pursued some graduate experience at both Emory University in Atlanta and Rollins College in Winter Park Florida.
Mackenzie has beautifully complemented The Resource Connection’s team with her strength in training and facilitation and her passion for our learning tools and assessments. When Mackenzie is not Inspiring Success through education, training and facilitating, she enjoys cooking, design and time with her family.
