The intent of these videos is to provide you with a page by page walk through using a more conversational presentation style.

Each video is available in 2 formats. Windows users may want to use the Windows Media Format while Macintosh users will want to use the Quicktime Format. Quicktime provides slightly better quality and download speeds, so if windows users have quicktime already on their systems, we recommend trying that verison first.
