The Work Expectations Online Report is a unique consulting
and dialogue tool that encourages individuals to better understand
and take responsibility for their own work expectations including
compensation. It's intent is to help the individual do this by exploring
and prioritizing their work expectations and then sharing and discussing
them with their direct manager. Management will greatly benefit by
hearing first hand what each of their direct reports finds most important
and the degree to which each expectation is currently being met.
The most important element of this tool is the mutual dialogue that
must take place between manager and staff member. The content of
the Work Expectations Profile Report will help facilitate and guide
this conversation to achieve the goals of increased job satisfaction
and improved performance.
