This 45 minute refresher course will help keep you current with the concepts and practical application of the DiSC behavioral style methodology. You will learn to adapt unique strategies for interacting with peers, managers or customers. This course can be taken anytime after initial training and as frequently thereafter as desired.

Course Objectives

Understanding behavioral styles can help you to improve all communications and interact more effectively with other people.

This online course provides insight into your behavioral style and explains how adjusting your style to fit different situations can enhance your personal effectiveness. Honing your ability to treat others the way they would like to be treated increases your performance in sales, service, and management situations. It can also help to improve your relationships outside of work.

Course Overview

This four-lesson course is designed to be taken at your own pace and can be completed in approximately 45 minutes.

This is intended as a refresher course for people who have previously completed the DiSC Classic or another of Inscape's DiSC assessments. The course is highly interactive, engaging, entertaining, and educational.
