LeadersMark
Total Web-based Solution for New Leader/Manager Training
A program designed
for individuals who are moving into a leadership or management position for
the first time. Also intended for managers and supervisors who are already
on the job but may not have received formal training or need a refresher.
LeadersMark
provides soft-skills development in the areas of problem solving, project management
and decision making, as well as lessons that build practical knowledge in
topics such as planning and budgeting, workplace employment laws and many
others. Through the use of voice sound clips and visually arresting graphics,
LeadersMark interactively engages the learner and provides
immediate feedback denoting effective or ineffective answers in
response to real-life scenarios. A built-in pre-assessment
exercise helps define areas of weakness to focus learner attention,
and a post-assessment reveals progress or mastery. The self-paced
delivery is conveniently accessed via
the Internet anytime-anywhere, and the consistent
content delivery helps reinforce acquired knowledge and enhance
long-term retention.
In today's tight labor
market, employers are often forced to staff leadership positions with lesser-experienced
employees who require further development and training prior to becoming
fully productive. But with instructor-led training averaging $150 to $170
per day per employee once travel and associated expenses are factored in not
to mention an employee's time spent away from the job many companies
are reluctant to invest large sums of money in workers who may not stay long
enough for employers to recoup their return on investment. With an affordable
solution such as LeadersMark, organizations are capable of providing
a continuum of leadership training that begins upon
hire and progresses along with the learner's on-the-job developmental
needs.
